DESIGN SMART
We love modern design. The simple lines, crisp finishes and efficient spaces. But all too often, many new homes simply throw extra square footage to address design shortcomings. We believe bigger isn’t necessarily better, which is why we work with Portland’s best architects and designers (luckily, we have lots to choose from) to create our plans. Step inside an Oregon Homeworks home and you’ll immediately recognize the difference. Live in one, and you’ll truly appreciate the excellence.
BUILD RIGHT
They don’t build ‘em like they used to. And they’re right! At Oregon Homeworks, we build ‘em better. In addition to our great designs, our homes are built to exceed Oregon’s rigid construction standards. Green features throughout result in a home that is healthier to live in and more economical to maintain, and one that minimizes its impact on the environment.
LIVE WELL
This is the fun part. And the part that we love the most. Matching our great new homes with great homeowners. The rest is up to you. Invite friends over for dinner. Take a nap in the backyard. Sleep in on weekends. Enjoy a cocktail on the front porch. Host family for the holidays. Now, this is a rule we can live with!
