In our initial meeting, we will get to know each other. It's important that we learn about your family and how you live so we can tailor your living spaces to your life. Likewise, it's important for you to get comfortable with us and how we build. At this meeting, we will walk you through the entire process from concept to move-in.

What's the plan?
Options are endless when it comes to finding the perfect plan for your new home. Together we'll help you select and customize the perfect plan for you and your family. When planning your home, we take the site configuration, topography, surrounding architecture, trees, and solar access in account and marry them with your ultimate wish-list. We can work with you to edit one of our great-in-house plans, find the perfect architect to design a plan from the ground up, or take your cocktail napkin scribbles and turn them into the home of your dreams.

FINANCING
Take it to the bank!
Custom home financing is typically obtained by you, the buyer in the form of a construction loan. Upon completion, your loan will convert into a traditional mortgage. We have worked with almost every local and national construction lender and are happy to provide introductions and accompany you throughout the process.

CUSTOMIZE + BUILD
It's hammer time!
With the plans approved and the loan in place, it's time to let your creativity flow! Your personal choice in countertops, flooring, tile work, paint colors, and appliances is what truly makes this house YOUR HOME. We'll hold your hand through the selection process, including scheduling and joining you for all showroom visits with our in-house design team. Our job is to build it even better than you can imagine it.
You'll have ongoing communication and involvement throughout construction with job site visits, regular updates, and an online dashboard to manage decisions and track progress. You can rest assured that your new home will be closely managed daily by our team.
